Julian of Pannonia

c.284 - 285

Often referred to as "Julian of Pannonia", Julian is one of the lesser-known usurpers. He was elevated as emperor by his own troops during the reign of Carinus and the two met in battle with the latter emerging victorius and the former killed. Julian's coins are rare and very costly.
